50% of payment is due at the time of booking in order to hold the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check in. We take Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All sales are final for Holidays and Special Events. This will include all Nationally Recognized Holidays and all other Special Events will be identified at the time of booking.
